Michael Beckwith was recently quoted in the Las Vegas Review article, “How criminals can launder money in Las Vegas casinos,” detailing the increase in federal government investigations into casinos, looking for possible money laundering schemes. Beckwith explains, “The federal government is becoming more and more concerned over time as they look at their AML regime and they see massive gaps.”  He notes that while the federal government has always “been there in the background, because of national security interests, it is becoming more of a focus.” To read more, click here.
