Scott Holcomb Presented “Procurement Simplified and Examined: Understanding Terms, Time and Thought Behind the Process” at the 2019 Risk Management Summit

Scott Holcomb (Member, Phoenix) presented “Procurement Simplified and Examined: Understanding Terms, Time and Thought Behind the Process” during the 2019 Risk Management Summit, which was held at the Mesa Convention Center on February 8.

This annual, day-long conference addresses high-impact, school-related risk management topics. Scott’s presentation broke down procurement issues to their core, focusing on participant understanding of essential concepts, their interrelation, and their application to real world settings.

The Summit is organized by the Arizona School Risk Retention Trust, a non-profit that provides Arizona public school districts and community colleges with property and liability coverages and related services.
