
Jonathan Redway Appointed to INTA Right of Publicity Committee

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Jonathan Redway (“Jon”) (Member, Washington, D.C.) has been appointed to the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Right of Publicity Committee. His two-year term begins on January 1, 2024.
INTA’s Right of Publicity Committee (ROP) develops INTA policy on the right of publicity. Committee work includes analysis of developments in treaties, case law, and legislation, as well as implementation in various jurisdictions and policy recommendations. Jon is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. He has decades of experience in contested and non-contested intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and domain names. Jon recently completed a 4-year term on INTA’s U.S. Subcommittee on Anti-Counterfeiting, as Jon also specializes in Section 337 unfair trade practice cases before the International Trade Commission.
Jon is recognized as a leader in the field of trademarks by WTR 1000 – Silver Band for both Enforcement and Litigation.
