Zan M. Nicolli

Zan Nicolli, a consulting member in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisition law. Zan has represented corporate clients in a general counsel capacity, including entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. She has also counseled public and privately held companies concerning public and private securities offerings and SEC regulatory compliance matters. Zan was awarded “Top Lawyer” in mergers and acquisition law by DBusiness Magazine in 2023.

• Represent buyers, sellers and private equity on business mergers and acquisitions. Transactions and industries have been numerous and varied, including automotive, electric power plants, copper mines and refinery, bio-solids electric generation facilities, insurance, trucking, dental practices, etc.

• Counsel to major retailers and real estate development companies in connection with commercial site acquisition, development and leasing.
• Counsel in connection with pipeline land acquisition and easements across Michigan.
