Victoria L. Padula

Victoria Padula is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Estate Planning & Trust Administration group, where she focuses her practice on probate litigation and fiduciary disputes. She represents individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries in complex matters involving trusts, estates, and related litigation.

Her experience spans probate, commercial, employment, and municipal litigation, and she has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, including appellate matters.

• First-chair jury trial counsel in state court defending conversion claims; obtained a directed verdict in favor of the client.
• Second-chair jury trial counsel in federal court defending discrimination and retaliation claims; following post-trial motions, secured an order for a new trial and ultimately achieved a favorable settlement significantly below the initial jury award.
• Successfully defended a municipal license for a cannabis client in a regulatory dispute involving statutory interpretation in state court.
