    • Second-chair jury trial counsel in federal court defending discrimination and retaliation claims; following post-trial motions, secured an order for a new trial and ultimately achieved a favorable settlement significantly below the initial jury award.
    • Successfully defended a municipal license for a cannabis client in a regulatory dispute involving statutory interpretation in state court.
