With over 12 years of corporate law experience working in and outside of Canada, Vanmali Abhyud has been independently handling and assisting in various assignments under corporate law such as incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, continuances, business name registrations, limited partnerships, time based and event based corporate compliance, and maintaining corporate database. She also assists with corporate transactions and restructuring, and  minute book summary review.

She had a stint experience of working in real estate law carrying out residential purchase and sale transactions.
