Steven D. Birken

A partner in the firm’s Toronto office, Steven Birken’s practice involves acting for commercial landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial leasing matters. Clients appreciate Steven’s practicality in navigating through the various issues that arise during the course of a lease negotiation. Steven’s unique perspective, rooted in his business background, allows him to see the big picture while efficiently delivering results.

Outside of work, Steven’s passions lie in music, sports and (most importantly) his family. He enjoys spending time strumming on his guitars, creating melodies with loved ones. It’s where he finds his rhythm outside the corporate world.
