Ms. Teaford’s legal services include:

• Drafting and amending entity formation and organizational documents;
• Federal and state tax exemption counseling; and
• Defense of audit findings.

• Represented a charter school in response to an AFT union petition filed with the NLRB seeking to represent the school’s staff.
• Assisting a national online educational curriculum and services provider with regulatory matters.
