Sam Friedman is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office. Sam maintains a broad corporate transactional practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, and working with emerging businesses. Before joining Dickinson Wright, Sam completed a dual business/law degree at Western University and the Ivey Business School.
