Patrick Clarke

Patrick Clarke is an associate with Dickinson Wright’s Nashville office. He works with the firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities Division. Before attending law school, Patrick worked in Nashville as a planning coordinator for a nationwide transportation company. Patrick seeks to bring a unique perspective to the practice of law and serve clients effectively across a wide range of transactional practice areas. Patrick served as a Summer Associate for Dickinson Wright during his final year at the University Of Tennessee College Of Law.

• Successfully represented a construction company in a Court of Appeals against the Department of Environment and Conservation regarding an alleged violation of the state’s Water Quality Control Act.
• Retained by a liquor company, who is launching a new brand of whiskey, to assist with obtaining alcohol permitting and regulatory compliance issues.
• Retained to handle the liquor and beer licensing for various bars and restaurants throughout Nashville and the state of Tennessee
