Nicholas J. Tkach

Nicholas Tkach is an associate in the corporate transactions group in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office. He maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Nicholas was previously an articling student and summer associate at the firm. After his first year of law school at the University of Ottawa, he worked as a summer student in the legal department of a federal Crown corporation.

Prior to law school, Nicholas worked at an alternative investment management firm and a global commercial real estate firm. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
