Nicholas Coleman, Of Counsel in the firm’s Lexington office, has over a decade of experience assisting his clients in a variety of intellectual property matters. He has handled patent and trademark prosecution matters for clients before the USPTO in a wide range of industries, and has handled inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as well as appellate work before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

• Represent medical device company in prosecuting and obtaining multiple patents before the USPTO.
• Successfully defended membership organization comprising multiple Fortune 500 technology companies in inter partes proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and currently defending the decision in an appeal before the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit.
