Overview
Nick is a litigator in Dickinson Wright’s Troy and Detroit offices, where he represents clients in a range of commercial and healthcare-related disputes. He focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals navigate complex legal issues with clarity and precision. Nick approaches each matter with a practical mindset, working to understand his clients’ goals and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
Nick has been actively involved in all stages of litigation, including mediation, depositions, and trial preparation. This hands-on experience has sharpened his understanding of procedural strategy and client advocacy, allowing him to anticipate issues and contribute meaningfully to case development and resolution.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Nick has developed particular experience representing clients in the healthcare industry. His healthcare litigation experience includes partnership disputes and resident litigation involving senior living and assisted living facilities. Nick also provides general counsel advice to healthcare facilities, predominantly in the senior living and assisted living sector, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the operational and regulatory challenges these clients face.
Nick is admitted to practice in Michigan, Washington, and Oregon as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals efficiently.
