

Overview
Najah S. Allaham is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Immigration Practice Group, where she advises employers and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters. Her work focuses on employment-based immigration, including PERM labor certifications and immigrant visas such as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3, as well as nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, and H-2B.
Najah works closely with clients to navigate the evolving immigration landscape, helping businesses secure talent and individuals pursue long-term immigration goals. She also has experience with family-based immigration matters, providing guidance on visas for immediate relatives and fiancé petitions.
