Lydia Munn

Lydia Munn is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office and a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial banking and finance transactions, representing financial institutions, borrowers, and other businesses in a broad range of financing and corporate matters.

Lydia advises clients throughout all stages of complex financing transactions, from due diligence and transaction structuring through negotiation, documentation, closing, and post-closing matters. Her experience includes asset-based lending, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financing, public finance, private equity-backed transactions, cannabis financing, and other secured lending transactions. She regularly coordinates multi-party transactions and works collaboratively with clients, opposing counsel, and transaction parties to efficiently manage deals from inception through closing.

• Represent financial institutions in syndicated, bilateral, and asset-based financing transactions involving revolving credit facilities, term loans, and other secured lending arrangements.
• Represent lenders in financing transactions involving licensed cannabis businesses and related regulatory considerations.
• Represent borrowers and lenders in healthcare finance transactions, including acquisition financings and other commercial lending matters.
• Advise clients on loan amendments, refinancings, and other commercial finance transactions for middle-market borrowers.
• Assist with public finance transactions and related financing documentation.
