    Logan’s practice focuses on matters relating to complex business and commercial litigation.

    Experience

    • Represented two energy companies in a class action lawsuit. One client was sued in a putative class action in which the plaintiffs allege that the client underpaid royalties.
    • Retained by a hedge fund for defense in a lawsuit filed by an Attorney General relating to indemnification obligations resulting from a prior over $45 billion derivative lawsuit.
    • Represented a trust in a divorce matter that sought to include the trust assets in the marital estate and, in a parallel case, sought to either revoke or modify the trust.
    • Supported the petitioners in an arbitration proceeding before the American Health Law Association. 
    • Defended a breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets case through a jury trial.
    • Assisted a client in lawsuits stemming from the development of a property, which involved significant and complicated damages questions.
    • Represents clients in a lawsuit involving a dispute over the ownership of 18,000 shares of stock in a multi-billion dollar clothing company.
    • Represented a manufacturing company and one of its owners in a lawsuit alleging that defendant breached his fiduciary duties and misappropriated trade secrets.
