Logan C. Cholody

Logan Cholody is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Banking and Finance Practice Group, where he assists clients throughout commercial finance transactions. He works with financial institutions and businesses on lending matters, supporting all stages of financial transactions from due diligence through closing. He also supports clients through loan workouts and restructuring, helping clients see financial opportunities through.

Logan is committed to supporting clients through complex transactions and providing practical, efficient support that advances each client’s business objectives. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of Internal Affairs for the Journal of Business Law.
