Lexi Lauring, an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office, focuses her practice on banking and finance law. Lexi advises banks and other institutional lenders on a broad range of loan origination and workout matters. She assists with the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex financing transactions, tailoring practical solutions to align with clients’ business objectives.

• Counsel to lenders in connection with various financing transactions, including single-bank middle market credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, leveraged finance transactions and intercreditor agreements.
• Counsel to lenders in connection with loan workout and restructuring matters, including loan modifications, negotiation of forbearance agreements, real and personal property foreclosures, business sales and liquidations.
