John P. Cronyn

John “Jack” Cronyn is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as part of the firm’s corporate group. Before pursuing his legal career, Jack worked for Bank of America’s Financial Crimes Division, where he worked in the Anti-Money Laundering Unit. In the summer of 2022, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Terrence G. Berg in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Jack also honed his leadership and organizational skills as a student manager for the University of Michigan Football Program under Coach Jim Harbaugh.
