Jill S. Ingber

Jill Ingber is the firm’s Senior Director of Attorney Recruitment and Professional Development. Guided by the firm’s strategic goals, she oversees attorney hiring across the firm’s U.S. offices and leads initiatives in integration, training, mentorship, and performance management. She works closely with firm leadership to shape the programs and pipelines that attract, develop, and advance the people who drive the firm’s success.

Jill brings a practitioner’s perspective to her role. She began her career as a summer associate in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office in 2004 and spent nearly a decade with the firm as a commercial litigator before transitioning to talent and development – an experience that gives her a firsthand understanding of what attorneys need to thrive and a deep appreciation for the values and culture that set Dickinson Wright apart.

Jill is an active contributor to firm-wide initiatives, serving on the Associates Committee, the Associate Sponsor-Protégé Program, the Mentorship Council, and the Diversity Committee.
