Mr. Braun focuses his practice on real estate law. He has been involved in commercial real estate transactions representing developers, investors and business owners in a wide array of commercial real estate asset classes (including hospitality, retail, office, senior living, industrial and multi-family) involving sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, syndications, financings, receiverships and workouts, property management, tax deferred exchanges, leasing and development matters. His experience also includes business formations, acquisitions, sales and reorganizations, and general business representation.
