    Overview

    Tip’s practice consists primarily of advising on trust and estate matters, gift and estate tax planning, and closely-held business matters, including succession planning. Tip represents professionals, executives and business owners in connection with their tax, estate and business planning needs, as well as trust companies and individuals who are serving as fiduciaries of estates and trusts.

    Experience

    • Represented owners of multiple corporations to prepare a shareholder agreement covering all corporations and personal estate planning for all parties.  
    • Provided estate planning services after a married couple sold their interest in a company to a large, publicly traded business.
    • Represented a client with a $50,000,000 estate following the death of their spouse.
    • Assisted a married a couple with $30,000,000 estate. 
    • Assisted a client in fiduciary representation of a deceased second generation business owner, including preparation and filing of estate tax returns.
