

Overview
An associate in Dickinson Wright’s Commercial and Business Litigation practice group, Gage Wakula represents individuals and public and private entities in complex contract disputes and business tort matters. His experience spans all stages of litigation, including matters involving stock purchase agreements, receiverships, risk-sharing pools, indemnification and warranty claims, post-judgment collection actions, and real property and quiet title actions. He also advises clients on government investigations and criminal prosecutions.
Prior to joining the firm, he served for four years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Michigan Department of Attorney General, where he prosecuted numerous cases. His work included large-scale government program fraud and public corruption matters, as well as violent crime prosecutions, providing substantial courtroom experience and a practical approach to litigation.
