    Overview

    Mr. Blumberg is Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department. He has experience representing clients in matters concerning contract disputes, business torts, and construction claims. He also has experience handling arbitration and appellate proceedings.

    Experience

    • Successfully represented retired firefighters in four day trial against the City of Las Vegas and the Public Employee’s Retirement System of Nevada
    • Obtained judgment of over $5 million for plaintiffs in a breach of promissory notes case.
    • Prevailed at summary judgment stage while defending against claims for successor liability and fraudulent transfer
    • Obtained judgment in favor of a purchaser in an arbitration based on breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of warranty
