Fang Liu concentrates her practice on corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions and initial public offerings. She represents both public and private companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters, including public and private financings, securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, banking transactions, and general corporate governance.
Widely recognized for her experience in U.S. capital markets, Fang has advised numerous China-based companies on accessing the U.S. public markets and regularly counsels FINRA-registered broker-dealers in underwritten securities offerings. Her deep understanding of cross-border transactions and evolving regulatory requirements enables her to guide clients through complex deals with confidence and efficiency.
