Eric Moss

Eric Moss is an intellectual property attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Ann Arbor office who focuses his practice on patent litigation. He represents clients across a range of industries in federal courts nationwide and has experience handling all phases of complex patent disputes.

Before joining Dickinson Wright, Eric practiced on the intellectual property litigation team of an Am Law 100 firm and externed for the Hon. John Robert Blakey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to his legal career, Eric worked as a product development engineer for a major U.S. automotive manufacturer, providing a technical foundation for his patent litigation practice.
