Elliot Rand, a partner based in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office, focuses his practice on corporate and mergers and acquisitions law. His clients cross a wide range of industries, including gaming, health care, and automotive. Elliot’s experience includes his recent counseling of clients in complex four-way amalgamation in the medical inventions and devices field. He has also advised various multinational corporations seeking to establish gaming and other operations in Canada. Elliot is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for Community Service.
