

Overview
Danica Bebble is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Grand Rapids office, focusing her practice on labor and employment matters, representing employers in workplace disputes and day-to-day counseling. She advises clients on a wide range of issues, including discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims, and regularly assists with internal investigations and responses to agency charges.
Danica also works closely with employers to develop and implement compliant workplace policies and employee handbooks, helping clients proactively manage risk and avoid disputes. She uses her strong research and writing skills to approach matters with practical problem-solving, bringing clarity and structure to complex issues.
