Blair G. McRadu

Blair McRadu is of counsel in the firm’s Toronto office, where he focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency. He advises court officers, creditors, and companies on all aspects of insolvency law, including proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Blair is also regularly involved in both court- and privately-appointed receiverships, and brings a practical, informed approach to navigating complex financial and operational challenges.
