Anthony G. Alfano

Anthony Alfano is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked at a large national law firm where he used his skills to assist clients on a wide range of areas, including private equity funds, debt financings, and corporate reorganization.

• Counsel to buyers and sellers in mergers or acquisitions in the manufacturing, retail, food service, automotive and defense industries in transactions valued between $15 million and $450 million.
• Represented borrowers in debt transactions valued between $80 million and $200 million to secure necessary financing to purchase target companies.
