Alison F. Duffy

Alison Duffy is an Member in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office, focusing her practice on Probate Litigation. Previously, she handled civil litigation matters at a Michigan-based personal injury firm, gaining extensive experience in Medicare, Medicaid and ERISA issues and litigating numerous cases before state and federal court juries.

• Providing assistance to a client serving as trustee and personal representative of a trust and estate valued at over USD $260,000,000. The client is facing petitions seeking his removal as trustee and surcharge related to allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties.
