Kevin Seguin Joins Dickinson Wright Nashville Office

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Kevin Seguin has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an Associate.

Kevin focuses his practice on corporate law and provides counsel to his clients on a variety of corporate matters, including business formation, reorganizations, real estate transactions, and corporate governance. He focuses the majority of his practice on mergers and acquisitions. Kevin works closely with colleagues across several practice areas to effectively serve clients in a wide range of industries.

Kevin is a member of the Nashville Bar Association. He received his B.A. and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
