Ashley Miller Joins Dickinson Wright Seattle Office

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Ashley Miller has joined the firm’s Seattle office as Of Counsel.

Ashley has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts, providing steady guidance in matters where regulatory and industry requirements move quickly. She handles all phases of litigation, including pre-dispute counseling, discovery, trial, mediation, and appeal. Ashley has focused on representing financial services companies facing borrower claims, including allegations under state consumer protection laws, wrongful foreclosure actions, and litigation involving RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and FDCPA. Colleagues and clients value her thoughtful case strategy, practical judgment, and clear explanations of complex legal issues.

Before joining Dickinson Wright, Ashley served as a partner at a national law firm in New York City, where she managed litigation across multiple jurisdictions and worked closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. Ashley received her B.A. from Columbia University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
