Jill K. Miller Joins Dickinson Wright Grand Rapids Office

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Jill K. Miller has joined the firm’s Grand Rapids office as Of Counsel.

Jill focuses her practice on corporate and real estate law, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising a diverse range of clients nationwide. She assists businesses at every stage—from formation and governance to complex transactional work—offering strategic business guidance alongside insightful legal counsel. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating asset, stock, and real estate purchase agreements, commercial leases, corporate governance documents, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements. Jill also regularly advises nonprofit organizations on entity formation and compliance matters.

Jill is recognized as a leader in her field by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as a 2024 Influential Woman of Law. She is licensed in Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. Jill holds an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago in addition to her J.D., uniquely positioning her to help clients effectively navigate both financial and operational complexities.
