Attorney Michael Feder Elected Board Member of Two Las Vegas Organizations

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Michael N. Feder, member partner in our Las Vegas office, is a newly elected board member of After School All-Stars of Greater Las Vegas and Secretary of the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada’s Board of Directors.

After School All-Stars is a nonprofit organization that provides free comprehensive out-of-school programs that keep children safe and help them achieve in school and life. The American Red Cross of Southern Nevada Chapter serves the greater Las Vegas area, as well as Clark, Lincoln, Nye and Esmeralda Counties.

“My involvement with both of these organizations continues to be very rewarding,” said Michael. “I look forward to the year ahead as my positions expand and allow me the opportunity for more involvement in the operations of the organization and increased interaction with the communities they serve.”

Michael is a member in the firm’s Litigation Department. He has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in commercial and business litigation matters involving, among others, banking, contracts, copyright infringement, corporate law, employment law, entertainment and sports law, franchise law, fraud, gaming, patent infringement, real estate, RICO, trademark infringement, securities law, shareholder and partnership disputes, and unfair competition. Michael is also on the Board of Trustees for Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce.
