Melissa Waite (Member, Las Vegas) was recently quoted in the Las Vegas Sun article, “Resorts see possibility of marijuana lounges as a dilemma.” Nevada law only allows for the lawful use of marijuana at private residences.
“We don’t have anywhere we can tell them where to use it, we just tell them where they can’t,” Melissa said.
The article highlights the discussion amongst panelists at the Symposium on Social Consumption of Recreational Marijuana. Melissa was a member of that panel at UNLV on Friday, November 2.
