Ned Levitt Contributes Chapter to Lexology’s Public M&A 2019 Publication

Ned Levitt (Partner, Toronto) recently contributed a chapter on Franchise M&A to Lexology’s Public M&A 2019 Publication, a compilation of pieces written by specialist contributors summarizing the M&A transactional requirements and procedures governing publicly listed companies in their jurisdictions. 

“Acquisitions of other businesses, to strategically grow an existing business or as a financial investment aimed at earning a good return, have been around since the beginning of modern commerce. However, historically, franchise companies grew organically, with traditional financing, as needed.
