Jonathan Koch Joins Dickinson Wright Grand Rapids Office as a Member

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Jonathan Koch has joined the firm’s Grand Rapids office as a Member.

Jonathan is a political law attorney and litigator. He regularly assists candidates, political committees, and political parties with election-related litigation and political compliance matters, and helps his clients navigate the complex issues arising at the intersection of law and politics. 

In addition, Jonathan maintains a robust appellate and litigation practice. He has successfully represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex legal disputes, ranging from commercial litigation, defamation, insurance, real estate, and professional negligence. Jonathan is also one of Michigan’s leading appellate lawyers, having handled more than one hundred appeals in Michigan’s state and federal appellate courts and served as past Chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Appellate Practice Section.

Jonathan is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch”, Michigan Super Lawyers “Rising Stars”, Grand Rapids Top Lawyers, and Michigan Lawyers Weekly “Up and Coming Lawyers”. Jonathan received his B.A. from Andrews University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
