
Intellectual Property Attorney Jonathan Harder Joins Dickinson Wright's Silicon Valley Office

Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Attorney Jonathan Harder has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as Of Counsel.
Mr. Harder provides clients with strategic counsel for intellectual property assets. He routinely represents various Fortune 500 and startup companies in preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. His practice focuses on the full life cycle of patents, which includes identifying patentable subject matter for clients, preparing patent applications, and performing prosecution procedures. He also has experience prosecuting trademark applications.
Mr. Harder is regularly involved in drafting appeals, RCEs, and responses to USPTO actions. He also performs notice of allowance reviews, including providing recommendations for continuing applications and interviewing examiners throughout the process. His experience extends to a wide range of computer technologies, including virtualization, content sharing/management platforms, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, optimization, smart home environments, autonomous vehicles, internet technologies, productivity applications, and memory devices, among others.
Mr. Harder received his B.S. in Computer Science and his M.S. in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
