Attorney John Desmond Reappointed to the Nevada Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney John P. Desmond was recently reappointed by Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice Douglas and Justice Hardesty to another four-year term on the Nevada Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission.

The Access to Justice Commission ensures that access to competent legal representation is available to everyone in the State despite income level, disability, or other disadvantage. The Commission is comprised of 18 members. John has been a member of the Commission since it was created and his new term on the Commission will expire July 1, 2022.
