William Honaker Pens Article for IPWatchdog on Trademark Retention

Bill Honaker (Member, Troy) recently wrote an article for IPWatchdog titled “How to Keep Your Trademarks Forever.” In the article, Bill gives a brief explainer on how trademarks work; to be enforceable, they must be continuously used, and if challenged, the trademark holder must be able to prove the trademark has been used. 

“Your trademarks could be your most valuable asset. Proper use is critical and having the evidence to someday prove that use is a must,” Bill wrote.
