Josh Grabel recently represented clients Elizabeth Goodman and Kayla Destiny Ruiz before the Arizona House of Representatives Ethics Committee. The complaint filed alleged Representative Leezah Sun had engaged in behavior that violated the legislature’s definition of disorderly conduct. Following the hearing, The House Ethics Committee found that the evidence sufficiently supported a conclusion that the Representative had engaged in a pattern of inappropriate behavior in her capacity as a House member and to recommend her removal.
