Two Dickinson Wright Attorneys Recognized in Northern California Super Lawyers

    Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorneys Jonathan Baker and J. Brian Loker have been listed in the 2018 Northern California Super Lawyers.

    Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Rising Stars are the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years or younger, or who have been practicing law for 10 years or less.

    Jonathan D. Baker has been recognized on the Northern California Super Lawyers list for Intellectual Property Litigation. Mr. Baker is a Member in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He has nearly 20 years of experience litigating intellectual property cases. He has served as lead counsel in trials before the U.S. International Trade Commission, in district court cases throughout the country, in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, and in inter partes review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Baker received his B.S. from the University of Maryland, his M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

    J. Brian Loker has been recognized on the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Intellectual Property. Mr. Loker is Of Counsel in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. His current matters include preparation of new patent applications and prosecution of pending patent applications in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as well as coordinating prosecution of pending patent applications in foreign jurisdictions. His specific experience with diverse technologies includes 3D graphics, image processing, machine learning algorithms, wireless technologies, signal processing, virtualization, data networks, and automotive systems. Mr. Loker received his B.S.M.E. from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
