Dickinson Wright Assists Giraffe Foods Inc. in its Acquisition of Lounsbury Foods, a leading North American manufacturer of horseradish and seafood cocktail sauce

Lounsbury is a leading North American manufacturer of horseradish and seafood cocktail sauce products with a rich family heritage spanning over 50 years of excellence.  The alignment of corporate culture and shared emphasis on culinary excellence between Giraffe and Lounsbury made the partnership an easy decision for both parties, and Giraffe is excited to continue to grow the Lounsbury business.
