Representative Experience

  • Litigation experience in the areas of insurance, construction, general negligence, products liability, professional liability, and personal injury
  • Experience in managing an administrative docket for a Texas insurance association following a catastrophic event, and personally handling administrative appeals before the State Office of Administrative Hearings
  • Provided advice, counsel and representation on property damage and general liability exposures from claim handling through civil trials, appeals and administrative proceedings
