- Obtained a defense verdict for a Michigan construction company in a construction defect case involving a water treatment plant. The case was tried for 12 weeks—the longest civil jury trial in Williamson County history
- Obtained a defense verdict after a 9 week trial for a Connecticut building materials supplier in a case alleging construction defects to a power plant
- Obtained a defense verdict for a highway contractor after a 6 week jury trial in a case alleging siltation and runoff resulting from the construction of a major highway in Travis County, Texas
- Obtained a defense verdict after a 3 week trial representing an insurance carrier in a case alleging covered storm damage
- Obtained defense verdicts in 3 doctors in wrongful death cases alleging medical malpractice.
